The Official Groups Settings page for each individual Official Group can be found in the Official Groups tab of the Admin Console. To get to the desired group setting page, search for the Official Group you want to manage, and click on the name of the group. Once in the Official Group’s home page, click the blue “Settings” text-button next to the name of the Official Group in the header.
From within the Official Group settings page, you can change the name of the group, choose which Official Groups folder it will be in (if any), find an invitation link to invite new users to the group, and set its individual Clear setting.
Setting a Clear time cycle from this menu will override the Organization level Clear setting found in the main Settings tab of the Admin Console. Also, administrators can have greater control over who can modify a specific Group with the Restricted Editing setting.
