Any new user that is added to your organization via the Admin Console will receive an invitation email, and will be reflected as “Pending Signup” in the Join Date column in the Users tab until he or she signs in to Zinc for the first time.
If you wish to resend the email invitation, or revoke the invitation to join the organization, click on their blue email address link. This will direct you to their user profile page, where you will be given the option to either ‘Resend’ or 'Revoke' their invitation.
You can also resend invitations to multiple pending users at once. To do so, simply select those users on the Users page and click the 'Resend Invitations'.
Only pending users will receive invitation emails sent this way.
