Zinc has developed an integration to ServiceMax.
This joint solution allows users to initiate secure, contextual conversations using text, voice, video, or push to talk from either ServiceMax or Zinc.
Field Technicians can easily create conversations with relevant people and information associated with the work order, account, installed product or contact. In addition they also have the history related to that work order or part, easily accessible in ServiceMax or Zinc.
This solution is only available to Zinc customers that have a ServiceMax license.
