What are the Engagement Reports?

Engagement reports allow users to see the volume of messages and calling in their organization. This allows organizations to 

  • Get a better understanding of platform adoption
  • Understand communication mode preferences
  • Understand usage over a specific period of time.

How can I tell how many users have been using Zinc?

Under Engagement reports, look at the user bar graph to see how many people were on Zinc  over a weekly or monthly basis. 

How do I identify who’s sent messages?

Go to Messages sent by users and it’ll show a the email, name, last name and number messages the users has sent over a given amount of time.

Can I drill down to the specific individual and identify their usage?

Yes, go to filter under Messages Sent by user and you can filter by typing in their name, or email address  to find their usage.
