We're excited to announce the release of Zinc 5.11, which introduces hotline request transferring.  Now hotline staffers can transfer a request to a different hotline.

When a request is transferred the staffers in the new hotline receive a request notification prompting them to jump in to the conversation to help out.

Request transferring is helpful if a request needs to be escalated to a higher level of support, or if it requires different expertise to be resolved.
